Bishop Cullinan announces prayer vigil for tomorrow at the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity, Waterford

Bishop Alphonsus Cullinan, Bishop of Waterford and Lismore, has announced that a prayer vigil will be held at the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity in Waterford after the tragic death of a young boy in Dunmore East.

The vigil will also offer prayers for the grieving family and the wider community affected by this heartbreaking loss.  The prayer vigil is scheduled to take place tomorrow, on Saturday, 10 February, at 7:00pm at the Cathedral on Barronstrand Street.

Bishop Cullinan extends a heartfelt invitation to all members of the community to join in solidarity and support during this difficult time.  In expressing his deep condolences, Bishop Cullinan said: “The loss of a young life is a profound tragedy that deeply affects us all.  As a community, it is important for us to come together in prayer and reflection to offer comfort and strength to the family and friends of the young boy who has left us too soon.”
